Oven-Roasted Potato Wedges

  • 2 lbs small red potatoes
  • 1 1/2 T Garlic flavored olive oil
  • 2 T Fresh Rosemary
  • ½ t Sea Salt
  • ½ t dry mustard OR curry powder
Preheat oven to 450 F Cut potatoes lengthwise into wedges. In a bowl combine ingredients with potato wedges and toss well to fully coat. Place wedges on a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned, turning the wedges after about 15 minutes.
